TRAVEL VLOG BRANDING

When I first started working with Gillian, she wanted to start vlogging her travels.

Her inspirations were @SamandVictor and @HitomiMochizuki222.

She didn’t know what type of content she should film or how to give specific directions when it came to editing.

I made this 17-page document explaining breakdowns of her favorite channels’ videos, how certain footage would change the focus of the videos, and how I would take editing inspiration and apply it to her videos.

This gave us a great starting point. I’ve been working with Gillian for over a year, refining her videos bit by bit to create a style that feels unique to her.

VISUAL BRANDING FOR

CEO VLOGS

I was hired onto Morgan’s team to edit and design an editing style for her new vlogs.

I was sent videos for editing inspiration. I used these to help with the pacing and overall feel. But the rest, I wanted to make unique to Morgan. So, instead of making a document like the example above, I dove straight into the first video.

It can be easier for clients to look at a video and know what they don’t like or want to change verses explaining the entire style from the start. This system worked well for Morgan, her team, and I.

The button will take you to the first video. I have edited all of the vlogs after that one. Feel free to watch a few and see how the style evolves.
